The Executive Office

Project Overview

Designed and built entirely in-house by the Atlantic AV team, this executive office showcases the perfect fusion of architectural craftsmanship, lighting design, and audio performance. Every element — from the millwork and ceiling structure to the acoustics and lighting — was thoughtfully engineered to create a refined environment that’s equal parts workspace, listening lounge, and personal retreat.

Lighting & Control

This space is powered by Lutron HomeWorks, featuring sleek Palladiom black-glass keypads and a Ketra tunable lighting system designed to create the ideal atmosphere for any moment. Whether working under bright daylight tones or relaxing in the soft glow of a warm, ambient evening scene, the system delivers total control and balance to the environment.
Each Ketra fixture is independently controllable and tunable, allowing for precise adjustment of color temperature, brightness, and hue throughout the room. This flexibility makes it possible to tailor every lighting element to the activity, time of day, or mood desired.

The system was meticulously tuned to accentuate the space’s architectural textures, guitars, and artwork, highlighting the depth of the wood grain and the richness of each finish. With the ability to fine-tune every fixture, the room can shift seamlessly from a crisp, inspiring workspace to a warmly illuminated listening lounge — ensuring that light, art, and design remain in perfect harmony.

Audio System

At the heart of the system is the McIntosh MTI100 integrated turntable, a stunning centerpiece that delivers both analog warmth and digital precision. The MTI100 powers a pair of Origin Acoustics D109 flagship ceiling speakers and a JL Audio 10-inch subwoofer, filling the room with pristine, full-range sound. A Bluesound Node integrates streaming services into the system, allowing high-resolution playback from any source with ease.

Video & Workspace Integration

For communication and creative collaboration, a 55” Sony OLED display is framed in a custom-fabricated oak enclosure designed and built by Atlantic AV. Combined with an Origin Acoustics soundbar, it provides exceptional clarity for video calls and presentations. The desktop computer connects directly to the OLED for dual-screen or split-screen productivity — blending professional efficiency with premium design.

Design & Build

From the reclaimed wood ceiling inset with Ketra backlighting to the black wall paneling and modern furnishings, this office embodies Atlantic AV’s design philosophy: create spaces that are technologically advanced, visually inspiring, and deeply personal.

Result

The completed space stands as a testament to what happens when technology and design are developed in harmony. Every element — from the McIntosh glow to the fine-tuned Ketra scenes — contributes to an experience that is immersive, intuitive, and distinctly Atlantic AV.
